Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: Net in 30 days. 2% in 10 days.
Out of the United States of America customers term is Letter of Credit (L/C) or T/T in advance.

Transportation
All shipments will be made FOB North Hollywood, California, with freight costs prepaid on shipments of $800.00 net or more (within the Continental United States) to one destination. Partial shipments made to one or more destinations at customer’s request must each total at least $800.00 net to be freight prepaid.

Freight Claims
When carrier takes receipt of products in good condition, title to products passes from Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. to the customer. All claims for damage or loss of products should be filed directly with carrier.

Price Policy
All merchandise will be billed at price in effect at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy
Regardless of the nature of the return all returned products must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. and must be returned freight prepaid. The RGA number must be printed on all cartons returned and referenced on all documents pertaining to the return. Any products returned without a Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. RGA number will be refused, and will not be credited.

Except for products considered by Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. to be defective due to materials or workmanship, all returns will be subject to a minimum 30% handling and Lifesaver warehouse inspection charge. Products accepted for return must be shipped prepaid to the Lifesaver warehouse. Except for defective items, returned products must be returned in original cartons. No non-stock special products, custom-made products, or obsolete products may be returned.

Special Shipping Instructions
(1) Routing and methods of shipping will be at the discretion of Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. (2) Only approved carriers may be used. (3) However, where practical to do so, shipments will be made in any manner requested by the customer if the customer assumes the transportation costs.

Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. accepts no liability for damages incurred by transit.

All Quotations from the Lifesaver warehouse are final and not subject to any further discounts. Quotations are issued only to Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. distributors. Any quotation correspondence should reference the specific quotation number.

A purchase order that has been entered can be cancelled only upon the receipt of a 5-day written notice and the consent of Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. management.

Limited Warranty
Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of at least one year from date of shipment, and agrees to repair or, at the Company’s option, replace a defective product without charge for either replacement parts or labor during such time.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product. A purchaser’s receipt or other proof of date of original purchase acceptable to Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. is required before warranty performance shall be rendered.

This warranty only covers product failure due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur in normal use. It does not cover the failure of the product caused by accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, alteration, faulty installation, or any other failure not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

There are no express warranties except as described above.

Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. shall not be liable for incidental special or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All implied warranties, if any, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

No other warranty, written or verbal, is authorized by Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

To obtain warranty service, contact the Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. Warranty Department. To expedite service, have the product’s model number and date of purchase available when you make the call. A Customer Service Representative will attempt to diagnose the nature of the problem and correct it over the telephone. If the problem cannot be corrected over the telephone, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization number issued by Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. and full instructions for returning defective products. All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number issued by Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. and must be returned freight prepaid. Any product received without a Return Goods Authorization number from Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. will be refused.

Lifesaver Import Export Co., Inc. is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Repaired or replaced products shall be subject to the terms of this warranty and are inspected when packed. Evident or concealed damage that is made in transit should be reported at once to the carrier making the delivery and a claim filed with them.
